Fishing gear, beach supplies, and three bicycles are provided, making it easy to explore the neighborhood, enjoy the canal, or head out for a day at the beach.

Inside, the home offers bright, comfortable living spaces and a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The master bedroom includes a dedicated office space, perfect for remote work or planning your next adventure.

This home is designed for relaxation, convenience, and memorable Florida days your waterfront getaway awaits.

A new boat dock is currently being built, with an estimated completion date of March 1, 2026. Please note the boat dock is not available for guest use until after construction is completed. Despite this, the waterfront setting still provides tranquil views and a true coastal feel.

For your convenience your home will be stocked with a one-time, complimentary starter kit of the following items: toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom); paper towels (1 roll); soap (1 bar or liquid soap each at the shower and bathroom sink); dish soap, for washing dishes by hand (1 small bottle); dish soap, for dishwasher (enough for 6 loads); laundry detergent (small bottle) (enough for 6 loads; 1 small package dryer sheets); trash bags (1 in each trash can; extras under the kitchen sink); coffee pods (1 per guest for first day).
